Service was personal and efficient. Mr Prince arrived in a timely fashion and completed repairs with available parts. He took the time to explain which parts were defective and their role in restoring my oven to operable condition again. I greatly appreciated his expertise and reasonable fee.

Explained everything. At first I thought they were a bit pricy, but did my research and found out that they were very fair. They did an excellent job and the stove works better than ever. I waited a couple of months before leaving feedback to make sure everything worked fine. These guys are the real deal. Good job guys. If I need work done, I'll be calling.

The two technicians were on-time and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! They took time to explain the workings of the freezer and point out where the problem was. They then replaced faulty parts and left. They really knew what they were doing and would not hesitate to use this company again for any appliance servicing!!!

Prince Waite rocks! During initial phone call he asked detailed questions demonstrating knowledge about my particular range. The first visit was within 2 hours of initial call. Some parts were on back order so he came back and completed the job at no additional labor charge. He was prompt both times, pleasant and professional. I would absolutely use him again.

Reliable. Arrived on time (on a Sunday morning when there was really bad weather). Very knowledgeable and informative. Identified the problem, and fixed broken washer quickly. I would recommend for svc on washer/dryer, or other appliances.

The repairman fixed my refrigirator, so it's now cold like it should be. The problem is that it's a two drawer sub-zero and now the bottom drawer doesn't close properly any more. It appears that I might have to replace the entire unit - a $4,000 problem. I tried calling the company, but all I get is voicemail saying "the mailbox is full". Maybe they went out of business? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
