+ -1 moreMichael Almon is a great architect, AND he is also great at working with the NYC DOB. We had to do a basement legalization on a 6-family home from 1927, which many architects would not do (NYC is very difficult to work with on this). Michael Almon filed all the documents, worked closely with the plumber, inspected the basement twice, asked plumber to make minor changes, got the "letter of completion", and today finally got the "certificate of completion" approved.
