SCAM ARTISTS, and that is being polite. This is a classic bait & switch operation. Ours was a simple move of a 2-bedroom home. The original estimate was for $2,200 for the entire move, loading and unloading. So far, just for the loading, we have been charged $3,410. The original estimate for the entire move was 10 hours. The loading alone took 18 hours. The truck they sent the first day could not hold all of our goods. They had to send a second truck the next day to pick up the remainder. That truck was not big enough to hold what was left. We ended up having to pack and haul thre-meduiim-sized boxes ourselves. The estimate did not indicate we would have to pay for cardboard boxes. We were charges an outrageous fee of $214 for cardboard. We were charge $150 for a crate for our grandfather clock. There was no crate -- only two blankets wrapped in cardboard. The crew leader aggressively solicited a 20% tip at midway through the loading operation. The telephone salesman, Adam, is a very slick, smooth talking con artist. I am a 71 year-old retired lawyer. I have made several moves before, I am very embarrassed to admit that I was taken in by this scam. Hopefully, this review will prevent others from being taken in.

They came on time, installed the new door, were courteous and price was very reasonable compared to other estimates.

We took the medicine cabinet door in to get the mirror replaced (it's about 23 by 28 inches,) and the repair guy, Chris, did a nice job. It looks as good as new, and I thought the price was great considering I had never had this kind of work done and did not know what to expect. We picked up the mirror about a week later. I think the company will come to your home if you have larger mirrors that are not easily transported. Please note, the company is located on Tenth Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, but they sent us to their location at 82nd and Columbus for the mirror work.
