At around 7 AM I made call to this guy, because I see his truck often in the area. He came by about 45 minutes later. I'm a push over I didn't ask up front how much it would cost. He was there about 2.5 hours on both floors. His work isn't neat. That is, I asked him to remove the blobs of solder from the pipe that is visible behind a clawed foot tub. The pipes seem sound but one pipe upstairs is not really plumb or straight - it has bend in it. Really, for that price, I think he should have provided perfectly straight lines that were chrome plated. Lastly, he did inform us to contact our insurance company. Turns out his portion wasn't covered by insurance. I'm frustrated, but the work is done.
