They wee recommended by Vitra, the people from whom I bought the couch (a very expensive one). So I trusted their judgment.
I am now hiring them to take out all my rugs, a saarinen chair and ottoman and my upholstered dining room chairs to clean and store in preparation for a move. One of the rugs allegedly needs hand washing (never did before but it did get sort of ruined a few years ago bty another rug cleaner). Price is pretty steep, but if all come out well, well worth it.
