Very unhappy with Mike, the other guy helping was wonderful, but unfortunately couldn’t make up for Mikes unprofessional behavior. First thing mike did when he came to my newly renovated apartment was take a 10 minute dump in my toilet and fouled it up for hours. He didn’t even ask to use my toilet. Then, he proceeded to give me a $600 quote. That is 3 times the price on Angie’s list. He said he wouldn’t honor Angie’s list pricing and I could not buy an Angie’s list deal!!! They don’t clean up after themselves, and Mike barely cleaned the dryer vent like asked. In the end, I finally talked him down to slightly ripped off pricing and couldn’t wait to get him out of my apartment. My cleaning lady was fortunately there to take care of the toilet situation. This company is very unprofessional, they will rip you off, they don’t like Angie’s list customers, and they are extremely messy. Use anybody else, and you’ll be better off.

The first time they came, they completely missed the dryer vent and tried to clean out my bathroom fan vent on the outside. Then that went into the basement and tried to clean the vent from the inside. That left a big mess of lint everywhere for me to clean up. K complained to the owner and he scheduled another cleaning to be done from the outside, as it should have been the first time. They came back and cleaned from the outside. The “technician’ showed me that he had vacuumed out a price of plastic from the hose . I asked him if he was sure the hose was still connected because the hose goes through a crawl space that has a plastic vapor barrier. He insisted it was venting fine. Come to find out when winter hits and I put a load of clothes in the dryer, that there is nothing coming out of the vent. I had to hire my plumber to fix the problem. The hose was definitely disconnected and the plastic came from the vapor barrier. Cost me 95.00 to have my plumber crawl into the space and re connect the hose.the crawl space is full of lint from months of discharging into the crawl space. I’m stuck with a mess. I would never let them near a vent..

They were professional and on time. My dryer was cleaned but it still wasn't heating as it should. I've come to the conclusion that maybe it was due to the fact that I had the dryer for over 10 years. I decided to purchase a new dryer.

He came in a hurry and just cleaned the bottom of the vent but never cleaned the other end.

They were several hours late. Only there for less than 10 minutes and only ran their machine thru the vent hose and I can't be sure it was the full length. I'm sure that was done well but I expected them to clean out vent hose at point of where it attaches to dryer also, where I would expect more buildup of lint to be. Surprisingly little lint left on driveway considering I hadn't cleaned vent in probably 10 years. It wasn't terrible but I wasn't overly impressed. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were nice enough. It was ok for $49 but I don't see how the work that was done could cost anymore than that.
