Terrible. On the hardwood floors, there was no selection or placement of wood. Damaged and mis-colored pieces were used in prominent places. There are nail hole damages visible on the edges, and the gaps are variable. The stone tiles have just a small patch of ready set in the center. After 6 months, 3 tiles have come up, and another 2 have broken were they were unsupported. Grout has come up in many places, and the entire surface seems unstable. The French door was a $3000 install, meant to match the dark wood floors. It was a $200 pine door, but the stain went on very unevenly. Then it was varnished. Then sanded to patch the uneven color and stained again. Worse than before. He promised to bring the door to a pro finishing place for a proper redo. All repairs would be made. Initial work took place in October. In December he said it would have to be after Christmas. January I was told next week. Always a promise made, followed by excuses. 6 months later, nothing.
