No quote was given before doing the job. best part is locksmith service (844.243.6008) is not a company at all and the rates given in the sites do not apply and should not be assumed. The technician spent 5 minutes and opened the trunk to retrieve the key and charged me $194. When asked about the difference, the tech said the rate he gives is the rate and not the site. I ended up in paying for 194 wherein the site said $ 44. They are SCAMSTERS AND should not be allowed . Beware of these scamsters..
