+ 2 moreI ordered multiple MacBook Pro's from them that were on sale. In both times they charged the credit card but their "Verification Department" refused to ship the order. They also refuse to say why they don't want to ship the order. So we ended up with a huge charge on the card and no product. Had to call the customer service department to get them to cancel the order and wait 3-5 business days before the refunded for something they never shipped.
