I liked the plastering work that was done in the room adjacent from our bathroom. I also liked the Caesar stone that was placed on the walls in our bathroom, the flooring that was placed in the bathroom, along with the new window that was replaced. My only issues were while putting together my pedal steel sink he caulked together some weird wood metal thing without telling me. He also gave me a chrome bathtub sink instead of a copper one and didn’t want to wait to get the correct one so he spray painted the chrome to look copper. I found that out only because the copper paint started to come off and clog our sink. He put some white stuff down the drain and now the pipes are white instead of copper and it won’t come off. Anthony told me there isn’t a way for him to fix it and that I have to live with it looking that way. He took longer than he said he would with this project.
Description of Work: The whole bathroom was gutted, redid everything. Fixed the plaster to the room adjacent. The project started out as 20,000 but Anthony didn't tell me it would be another 4,000 for the plaster work until it was done.

We have been desperately trying to get CDC and Anthony Riccio of A.D. Custom Interiors to honor the agreement we entered for over 14 months now and have given them many opportunities. They continuously acknowledged that they are responsible but refuse to do anything about it. They have also withheld all requested information such as the wood floor installer and the wood manufacture claiming that they are trying to get it. During process of assessing and negotiating a solution to the problems their renovation work, Anthony Riccio of A.D. Custom Interiors, was placed in charge as as the CDC partner and as their representative.Mr. Riccio then hired and manipulated a wood floor inspector by the name of Steven Skutelsky of PID floors, claiming that they were recommended by the wood floor installer and manufacturer; yet they can't find that information for me. Furthermore, they would not release the floor inspector's report so we have had to spend thousands to get one of the best and most reputable inspectors to analyze the floors and write a report about his findings. His findings are clear and conclusive that they are at fault and still they will not respond. We have spent even more time and money to prepare and send them yet another letter with all of the findings for the wood floors as well as 14 other items on the punch list with a fully written and photographed documentation. Since they refused to provide a legitimate response to the problems we were forced to the case to the Department of Consumer Affairs and as a result the decision was conclusively against the contractors and they have been ordered to pay approximately $ 60,000 in restitution for our repairs and they have been fined an additional $70,000 for violation the DCA found in the process. Still they continue to evade payment and are making false and contradictory statements. The city is in possession of all this materials and CDC (A.D. Custom Interiors partner) has been found unfit to hold any license to solicit and or perform any home improvement work. I repeat that our contract was not signed directly with Anthony Riccio who is the owner of A.D.Custom Interiors but that is only a detail. His character and professional conduct has nonetheless been clearly exhibited. We strongly discourage any association with this group. For any verification please feel free to contact the Department of Consumer Affairs regarding the case against Custom Dimensions Corp (CDC). Sincerely,
Description of Work: We engaged them for a full gut renovation a 850 square foot apartment as an extension to an existing renovated apartment. Anthony Riccio was the partner contractor of Custom Dimension Corp (CDC) how's owner is Chris Capaldo. The contract was signed with CDC but Anthony was brought in since day one as the partner and as the persons who ended up representing much of the work especially when problems with the renovation surfaced.
