computer repair
 + -1 moreWhen I turned on my computer I found that my email address book was gone and my wife's email address book and entire email file was gone as well. I called him back a week later to let him know. He came back and told me he restored everything. When I checked, he had not restored any of that information. He blamed it on the age of the computer, but he didn't check his work. He took my legitimate Windows platform and installed a counterfeit Windows platform. Now I find that I cannot burn cds and I don't have access to lots of web sites that want me to validate my windows ID. He told me the counterfeit Windows would be fine. Now I can't do the things I need to do on my computer because of this guy. He always promises to get back to me and he never does. He was VERY unresponsive, VERY incompetent, and VERY unprofessional.
Description of Work: I contacted them in July after my computer had crashed. He spent an hour fixing my computer.
