The movers were over 2hours late. When they arrived they said the time would be more than double the original quote. They added a 4th mover without telling us first. They had other items in the truck prior to the move & could not fit all of our apartment in the truck. The workers were overworked & exhausted (worked 14 days straight making 2-3 moves a day). Furniture was damaged (brand new bedroom set) & they will not take any responsibility for it. They broke a light fixture and did not tell us in our old apartment. They left the old apartment a disaster. Boxes marked fragile were destroyed. The movers could not read english so they did not know where to put the boxes labeled "living room, kitchen, etc".
