We were swindled and had no means of contact for this company. No readable info given to my very ill husband (hemorraghing cavernoma of the brain). My husband thought he was buying something special for me and at that point I let him handle the slip that was given. I did review it when I got home and you couldn't see a thing. They had him hook, line and sinker and I have been furious since. They put the diamond in the center of a low quality band. Very yellow stones and I stated as much to the man who took us to the basement to have the stone set. The center set was large and crooked. I pointed it out and the seller was perturbed and took it to another worker in the basement who told us in his presence "he was not a setting guy" but he took pliers anyway and twisted it. Left marks in the still twisted setting. We paid to fix the setting at that time. They sized it also and I was unhappy with that. The shank is thin and fragile. We attempted to sell this ring and was told it wasn't worth $500. I have tried to reach them and with no luck. Just a Vermonter on the way to the airport. Who will ever see them again?
