Great, obviously I wish it was cheaper but it is in line w. what it was going to be and they were very flexible on times and completed the job very efficiently.

Called them in the morning and they came out by early afternoon (and this was right after the hurricane)! They were innovative and saved us the price of a new door handle unit which included realigning the door itself. Recommend to all.

They have been in business for a long time. They are reliable and they have an extensive collection. I once had to get an old key made but they had one that worked. The price is very fair and they are excellent at what they do.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, SO I KNEW THEY WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY ALSO WORKED QUICKLY. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR, TOO.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID A FINE JOB BUT, THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING OUTSTANDING THAT WOULD WARRANT SUCH A LARGE FEE. THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS.

FOR WHAT THEY DO AND WHAT THEY OFFER, IT IS TOTALLY OVERPRICED. IF I WAS ABLE TO DO SECURITY ON MY OWN, I'D GO TO ADT, AND I'D PAY FOR THAT SERVICE. SINCE I'M NOT A HOME OWNER, AND I'M SUPPOSED TO BE SAFE I CAN'T DO THAT. THE OVERALL VALUE OF THE LOCK IS NOT GOOD. THE PRICE IS VERY EXPENSIVE. IT'S ALMOST LIKE GAS GOUGING.
