This is our fifth time and we are just as pleased as the first time. We have been using them for several years for posters, needlework, and even a theatrical blueprint, and have never been disappointed. They also reframed an original oil painting beautifully. They have a large selection of frames in wood and metal and are very helpful matching colors of mattes and frames to get a good look. Custom framing isn't cheap compared to DIY but the prices here are very reasonable. Sorry, I don't remember any names but everyone we've dealt with has been friendly, helpful, patient (about finding the right frame and matte combo), and professional. Highly recommended!!
