Jamie and Omar were great. They were pros at their craft and offered amazing suggestions to make the floors and counters even better than we I expected.

Sir Grout regrouped 2 of my bathrooms today and I could not be happier. The workers were prompt, worked meticulously, and the end result is fabulous. I will recommend this company to all and even rebooked them to shine up my marble counters next week... so happy!

BEWARE. They came, and did half the job... left the shower shelf broken and not clean. They then came back (after endless requests), charged hundreds more - and seven months later, it is worse than when the first came. They have since said: **We do not do tile work**. (even though the work order is for that). **We do not guarantee our work**, and, the best one: **The Technician who did your work does not work for us anymore, and we do not have anyone to fix it. We asked for a refund for JUST the repair work ($200 of a $1,800 job) they said: **We do not provide a refund**. So, they will not fix, will not refund - and they are unbelievably RUDE. Ignore the positive posts, I think they are fake customers. The number of 1-star reviews on Yelp should be enough to scare you away. I wish I had been more careful.

It was very good experience. They responded very quickly and very politely, Always were in time, and did great job on tiles cleaning and regrout. I would recommend them.

They made the old tiles look like new.

My floors and shower look great. The tech was very professional and the tiles and grout sparkle and look new. Would highly recommend.

After the.job was completed, upon further inspection, we felt that some areas had to be redone. I called Customer Service. Mr. Gonzalez reached out to me. We discussed the matter and he agreed to send someone out, Eddie, who came in, assessed the problem and corrected it to our satisfaction.

Limestone tile shower and floor was cleaned and resealed. Looks brand new after 12 years!!

Please know this is a real review. We wanted our bathroom tiles regrouted, and caulked and overall cleaned. I was leery about a 'national' service like this - but they know their stuff and did a great job and were clean and professional along the way.

I’m very happy I selected Sir Grout. They were very professional from the start and sent someone in asap to assess the work directly in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was delighted when Richard came in for the evaluation and used color samples for me to confirm the appropriate grout since color matching was an issue I was particularly sensitive to. On the actual work day, Omar did a terrific job. He checked his work plan before starting work and then over the course of the day as he proposed some variations to improve on the plan. You could tell that he takes pride in the quality of his work. Finally, everything was exceptionally well documented for record-keeping purposes.

Kareem, who did the work was excellent. He was thorough, conscientious, informative and personable. Richard who was the original contact and estimates was also very pleasant to work with.

The team of three workers assigned to my home were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and consummately professional, In one afternoon, they ABSOLUTELY RESCUED my kitchen floor from being a dull and lifeless mess into looking like a pristine work of art! This company specializes ONLY in cleaning grout and stone. They are expensive, but the results are amazing. My bathroom tile has a variety of issues and looks like new. In addition, the staff taught me how to maintain their work. Very very satisfied!

From initial contact, being on time for estimate, overall explanation, and price quote, Richard Velasquez was a thorough professional. I was initially looking for sealing and old bathroom tile floor. I added caulking of my tub, toilet , and vanity. The technician, Kareem Yapor was in uniform, very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Left here with me seeing a totally refurbished bathroom. High quality work. My only reason for not going a full 5 stars was that I had to wait a few hours before entering the bathroom (understandable) and couldn't notice that some of the sealant was on the sink and the toilet seat. Had to find a special sealant remover in the hardware store this morning to get it off. But I'd have them back in a heartbeat for another project.
