Great job. Called this morning - Meir came in the afternoon (same day) to look at what needed to be done. We agreed on price (a bit high but I didn’t comparison-shop so maybe not...). Then his guy Boris came up and within an hour and 15 minutes had everything completed and cleaned up. Very professional

They warned that the food stains might not come out, but I asked them to proceed with the cleaning. The cleaning improved the look of the piece of furniture. While the stains are not 100% gone, it is much better than it was.

Very well! I didn't believe that the stains on my couch can actually come off! They used Eco-friendly solution to remove the stains off my couch and it was done so professionally and quickly. Highly recommend!

They did a great job. Very professional, very responsive. I had carpets cleaned in the past from another company and it was not a good job. This was leaps and bounds ahead of that, and the carpets and rugs really look great.

They were professional and very careful and went over the furniture multiple times and rinsed them well .. very thorough .. they look and feel and smell new again! I was very happy with the price. The owner too was very nice to speak with on the phone. Their machine was new and well maintained and I saw the black water that came out ..excellent job!

Great experience overall. Made my oriental rug brand new again! I will 100% be using NY Steamers again. Trustworthy, honest, reliable, and outstanding customer service. Do yourselves a favor and look no further. You will be 100% satisfied. They won't leave until they know your 100% satisfied with the job. And to top it off, they ended up giving me a package deal and cleaned my upholstered sofa for me as well.

After knocking over a glass of red wine on a new sectional sofa which is upholstered in a light linen fabric, I needed help fast! NY Steamers was incredibly responsive, professional and got the stain out. Since I had them onsite, I also them clean two very light colored rugs which are now beautiful. The owner, Meir, is extremely responsive. He worked quickly to get my building an insurance certificate and kept me apprised as to when he would show up. His work was outstanding and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. I would definitely hire NY Steamers again.

What a find! It took me a while to find NY Steamers and someone I could trust with my expensive oriental rug. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process - service, care, quality of work ... pricing is very fair. I'd been taking my rugs to another establishment that took forever and wasn't as great of a quality job as NY Steamers completed. Fantastic! Happy to recommend!
