Overall experience was good

We had a leak from our upstairs shower into the kitchen. I thought it was from the drain or the pipes in the ceiling above the kitchen. Not being savvy about such things, I shared this could-have-been-expensive thought. Fortunately, I was dealing with an honest man who checked things out and thought it was simpler than that.

He blocked the drain and ran a simple procedure to check for leakage from the shower seat. Sure enough, that was it. Following that, just to be safe, he checked to make sure the drain was fine, which it was. We then had to wait a few days for things to dry out completely, and then he did a re-sealing job on the seat. It's months later, and there hasn't been the slightest problem since.

What I thought was going to be a large job turned out to be simple, and he only charged us $100 for everything. We're getting ready to do more plumbing work here, and he'll be getting the call. Very satisfied!

I called Aand M on a Wednesday and they said that they would come on Friday around 10am. They came around 9:30 am and got right to work. They were very professional. I especially appreciated them going over everything that they had done and showing me how everything worked. For example, how to turn off the water mains in an emergency and how to adjust the water temperature. My only complaint was that they should have asked for newspaper or some other floor covering as I spent time afterward cleaning the floor in the areas where they had worked. They redeemed themselves somewhat by helping me remove a large trunk which had been ruined by dripping water.

Fantastic!! a drain cleaner burnt up my bath tub pipes and what i thought was going to be a long, costly job was actually "no problem" and half the price i thought it was going to be. I was amazed and very happy with the plumber arriving at exactly the time quoted, his honestly, his skill and efficiency.

I don't know how he did it, but he replaced it in a tiny spot. Replaced the wood beautifully after he finished. Cleaned up well. He works fast.

This plumber is extremely dedicated to his business. He was away from town when he received my call on his cell and assured me he would be there within the time we agreed upon, and did this. He took care of the situation very fast and perfectly, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good plumber.

3 plumbers were sent and worked for about an hour clearing the drain and replaced some of the pipes in the basement. All this for $80. Very inexpensive and the problem was fixed.

I called and left a message after five in the evening and he returned call by eight in the morning and was ready to make repairs by eight thirty which he did by replacing all the work a previous plumber had done a couple days earlier and charged me Three Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($325.00) and did not solve the problem.

YOU ONLY CALL THEM WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. RESPONSIVENESS IS A DEFINITE KEY. THEY GET TO THE HEART OF THE PROBLEM, AND TAKE CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY. EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT.

WE HAD TO GET IT REPLACED BEFORE IT EXPLODED. OUR NEIGHBOR TOLD US ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND WE FOUND OUT OURSELVES THAT THEY WERE A MAGNIFICENT COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

WE CAN COUNT ON THIS COMPANY TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THEY HAVE SERVICED MY HOME, AND I WAS SATISFIED BOTH TIMES WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE.

THE PIPES WERE CLOGGED UP AND THE SINK WAS FULL OF OLD FOOD. THIS COMPANY DRAINED THE PIPES AND CLEANED THEM AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY ACCURATE IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THE DRAIN WAS CRACKED SO IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE. WE HAVE USED THE COMPANY BEFORE, THEY ALWAYS MAKE US SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME AT ALL. THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR PLUMBING SERVICE.

WE HAVE USED THIS PLUMBING COMPANY IN THE PAST AND THEY SERVICED US WELL. WE DECIDED TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BECAUSE THEY HAVE REASONABLE PRICES AND RESPECTFUL WORKERS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REPLACING THE TOILET THAT WAS CRACKED AND CLEANING THE MESS THAT THEY MADE UP. THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR PLUMBING SERVICE.
