Richie came to the house very quickly to give an estimate. He installed the fence around our in-ground pool in 2 days as promised. However, when removing the old fence his employees ruined the electrical work. When I asked him to pay for the electrical repair, he agreed to split the cost. I never heard from him again. I logged 10 calls to him, with him never returning the call. I had to go to small claims court. The court rendered a decision in April of 2007 in my favor. He was ordered to pay by June 2007. He has still never paid me the ordered amount. In addition, we have had other issues. The fencing is only 2 years old and there are several boards warping and the gate does not close according to building regulations. The gate has been always been an issue. He returned once to try and remedy the situations but never returned again.
Description of Work: Richard Rizzo had his employees remove an existing fence around an in-ground pool and installed a new wooden fence.
