Impact Roofing and Siding

Impact roofing and Siding is exceptional! The owner, Rob, informed me they would be at my home at 7:00 AM. Being we have had contractors in past, I actually expected them to show up around 7:30. I was wrong. Rob and his crew showed up at 6:50 am ready to get started. Immediately when they arrived I received a text from Rob saying they were here. Rob, the owner, prepared me the day before that a dumpster would be placed exactly where he stated it would be the day of the consultation, and to place my car in a location where I could have access to leaving my driveway for work. Leaving for work, he met me outside and set the exact plan for the day and the expectations as well, including the time frame he would be at the house to oversee the project to when his crew would be finished. He informed me they would clean up as if they weren’t even here and they did just that. During the day Rob sent me multiple photos of the work being completed, and the status of the job. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and tenacity. Once the job was complete I was sent an image of the completed work. Rob informed me he will be back to our home once I got home from work and asked me what would be the best time? Within half an hour of getting home from work Rob was at my home with me reviewing the work and explaining thoroughly the events of the day, to which I knew most of being he channels his customers in during the course of the project. We walked around the entire home as well. He also took the time to take photos of the roof, both before and after, with his drone, showed them to me and will be sending them to me electronically. This was a great experience over all. I’m incredibly grateful we found such a reliable company, owner and crew. Replacing a roof can be stressful however, Rob and his crew made this process seemless and reassuring. Thank you impact roofing and siding! I highly recommend them!

Robbie and the crew at Impact roofing really go above and beyond after multiple quotes we felt very right going with Impact there fair and take tremendous pride in their work down to the slightest detail ! They were tasked with replacing my fathers 30 year old Roof with tons of moss and after stripping the roof in under 2 hours they found tons of water damage . They replaced 20 sheets of plywood and then pushed on to complete the roof by 2:00 in the afternoon there quality and speed is unmatched Highly recommended 10/10
