"I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding and do sympathize with you bed bug situation. You originally spoke to our call center over the weekend and they may not have realized your location as Margaret did advise that the office would contact you back to further discuss as she was not sure if we serviced your area. I did speak to my office staff and they did advise that you are out of our service area as well as I did and tried to be helpful which we even referred 2 companies that may service your area and who can further assist you with the bed bug problem. Being that you mentioned that you contacted other pest control companies and they did not return your call. I will also discuss this with the call center so this does not happen again. We do however also display our service area on our website as well. Again we apologize for any misunderstanding. Thank you."
