We hired Chris to repair our oven. We spent over $2K and the oven was still not working correctly. He suggested a different repair for another $1K, which we agreed to pay when he returned, and he also suggested an extensive project to fix a dripping faucet that would have been very disruptive and costly. Then he disappeared for many weeks. I finally told him via text that we would not do the additional repair to our oven and said we would replace it instead, and he asked me if I?d give him the oven for free so he could repair and use it for himself. I said no. Later a different service provider diagnosed the cause of the dripping faucet and fixed it very easily. I do not recommend this company.

This company isnâ t reliable and not trustworthy. I hired Chris to repair my refrigerator on June 26 and was told work would be completed a week later when the part arrived. Chris seemed like a nice enough guy so I gave him the $300 deposit in cash. After over 2 weeks of either no show appointments and terrible communication. I decided to ask for a refund and buy a new fridge. Chris happily agreed. That was July 11th. After weeks of calling and texting Chris, receiving broken promises on when I could expect a refund, Chris just stopped answering calls, texts or emails. Itâ s August 1st and Iâ ve decided to chalk it up to bad judgement for trusting someone with cash. This company has shown to me to be not dependable and untrustworthy. I would not use or recommend to anyone in the future.
