THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE GIVEN TO ME BY FRIENDS WHO WERE ALSO VERY HAPPY. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO FRIENDS AS WELL, AND NOT JUST BECAUSE HE SPEAKS FRENCH. THEY DID GOOD WORK. IT WAS PROMPTLY DONE. HE PICKED UP THE THINGS AND DELIVERED IT BACK ON TIME.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THE WORKERS THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY NICE. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED SOMETHING ELSE WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THEY PUT YOU THROUGH TO SOMEONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ALWAYS GET THE SAME PERSON, AND SHE NEVER CALLS ME BACK.
