The team at Grout Medic of Westchester not only provided me with a detailed understanding and explanation of issues I was having in my bathroom and kitchen, they went above and beyond by transforming both areas in an affordable, yet thorough process. My bathroom looks new, and my kitchen tile looks as clean as the day I had it installed. I have two dogs and young children, so the floor has seen a lot of wear over time! I highly recommend grout and tile service by Grout Medic to anyone interested in making a big change at a fraction of the cost!

Andy met with me to assess what work needed to get done. I received a very reasonable quote the very next day. The work was then scheduled for 2 weeks thereafter. The technician that arrived was very professional, but more importantly very detailed orientated. He spent the entire day in my master bathroom until everything was perfect! 5 Stars all the way. I'm surprised there are no other Fs listed for this provider. I had reached out months back for a quote and kept needing to follow up with Andy for the quote, finally was able to reach him and he stated "I"m almost at the office, let me call you right back" and never did. Then just recently my wife called unbeknownst to me and again, Andy failed to follow up with a quote. If you are too busy to take on new clients, tell them that when they contact you for your service.

It didn't go any where. Andy was to email me the estimate that evening. Two days later I emailed him in case he had my name misspelled. Six days have come and gone. I would say not very professional.

Andy and his team were amazing. They made my bathroom look brand new!  I could not believe my eyes after seeing the finished product. His team was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to all friends/family.

After some back and forth, we worked out the job. It was a  lot for a small space, but it was well worth it. The bathroom looks dynamite.

After I posted my review, the company owner called and apologized for the service that was provided and offered to redo the work for free. I have already changed the floors that they had done work on so they did not need to redo the work, but the fact that he called and apologized at least says something about their customer service. I guess I was not lucky and the person who performed the work and was sent back after I complained (same person) is apparently not part of the company anymore. 
I have changed my review from an F to a C not to cost them customers as I guess they seem to be liked by a lot of people
