This is the 4th time I have used Teran services, Albi is fastidious and when the crew is finished the work is always exceptional.  They are quick, clean and on time.

They have done a lot of work for me over the past 6 years. I am very happy with their work. It's a husband and wife team and they're very ethical. They painted the whole interior once and exterior of my home a few different times. It is a 100+ year old house and it's stucco. They know how to prep the stucco to be painted properly.

We liked them very much and they were very professional. They did a very good job and they are courteous. They come on time and this is not the first time I have used them. I didn't get any estimates but I thought their price was okay. They are here when they exactly say they would be here. 

I have used this company 5 times for work on my home and each time I am impressed with their work.  They show up on time, leave the property in good shape and when they are done they put everything back in place.

The concrete repairs look fine - as it is a garage we did not need any special treatments but one done the patches were smoothed out with the wall.  The painting of the deck was execellent it looks brand new.   In the garage they painted the door leading into the house and the inside garage doors - everything looks great - no paint spills and no paint on my pavers anywhere. 

As always a great experience and I plan to have them back next year to refresh some interior paint.

Mrs. Teran gave me a very detailed proposal and an estimate which compared well to others. The work was scheduled to take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and did take almost 3 weeks. During this time the crew did  very thorough work sanding  and washing and preparing for painting, they worked tirelessly and neatly with and without Mr. Teran on site. It was a pleasure to work with this company and the house looks great

Very Very Well.

Very well - this is the third time we have used them and we plan to call on them to pressure was the house and do some more painting later in the year. They did our exterior work two years ago and it turned out great! That was the second time we used them. They perform just as they advertise.

Teran Services is outstanding. They offer first class work and customer service at a reasonable price. I checked 3 references before hiring them, and all had used Teran more than once and gave the highest recommendation for quality and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone doing interior or exterior painting and will hire them again when the need arises.

Good. The work started several days late due to weather delays, but the owner communicated the delay promptly, and the work started on the adjusted date. The workmanship appears good, and the company returned to correct a few imperfections. The price was very competitive. Unfortunately, significant and unjustifiable damage was done to the landscaping. A couple of large plants were flattened out; a large bush was used to prevent the ladder from sliding (and now it is leaning because of the tilted root ball); several bushes were broken or pressure-washed, and will take years to regrow to their original condition. Paint solver was dumped in the soil of my backyard, and killed vegetation in the area. The company apologized and returned to clean it up, but the smell persisted for a couple of months.

This is a very professional team; you hardly know they are there and when they leave of an evening their work area is clean and tidy. Their prep work is great; they do not cut corners and when they leave the areas they have painted look like new. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Teran had painted my exterior last year and done an outstanding job, so I had no hesitation in hiring them again. They completed the job well ahead of time, but unfortunately there was a miscommunication about the kind of work needed on the closets and the trim. Albino came back right away and completed the job to my satisfaction.

We used Teran for a smaller job in our prior house and later hired them to do a whole house job when we moved. They were extremely detail oriented and very good about keeping a clean job site. Regina and Albino are great. They stick by their quote; they go the extra mile in every way. They are focused on having happy customers. We would recommend them highly.

I was very impressed by both their written proposal as well as their follow up after the work was completed. We had some areas in which we felt needed touching up, and they came right out and made sure this was done free of charge. I don t like showing prices, but I can say this husband and wife team is very reasonable, prompt and very friendly. I won t hesitate to use them again, and I highly recommend them to others.

Absolutely excellent. Efficient, skilled, prompt, considerate of plantings, detail oriented, pleasant to deal with. Realistically priced. Could not be happier with the results. We've found our painters for life.

EXCELLENT. CAME ON TIME. CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. WERE POLITE. CAME EVERY DAY TO ASK HOW EVERYTHING WAS GOING. ASKED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH.
