I went to see him and he told me up front what he was going to do and delivered as discussed.

All good except price...its bit pricy.

They were really good. We had a really good experience with them. They were professional, timely and responsive.

Their prices were very good. The rates were very reasonable. They fixed it pretty fast.

The power source to the TV was repaired however the remote needs to be replaced since its power source is
not functioning. The provider does not sell remotes but suggested that we contact the company directly.
Overall, we were happy with the service provided. It is also nice to support a business that has been in new Rochelle for
50 years.

The Tv was dropped off with a $75 deposit that was applied toward the total cost. It was picked up again in 2 weeks and works beautifully. This is an old-time repair shop specializing in TV repair, the kind you rarely see anymore. The repairman/owner was very knowledgeable and offered good advice for future purchases (i.e DO NOT purchase a Samsung TV!).

However, it turned out that they did have the part for my television. They explained my options. They said my television was getting old and that a certain part could be put in, but that they couldn't guarantee that something else wouldn't go wrong. They said if I wanted I could put the money toward a new television, but I decided to stick with my old one. They came back and put the part in. They explained something that we started talking about. They also fix small appliances and do air conditioning work. I had seen a write-up in a magazine, but I didn't know that. I told them that if I had trouble with my air-conditioning I would call them. I would recommend them very highly in the Angie's List magazine and to anyone.

Even better than expected. The repairman was one of the best workmen I have ever dealt with. It is rare and refreshing to find someone who loves his work and is excellent at it, because he is going to care enough to create a good outcome. He made several accurate diagnoses. His explanation was clear and his suggestion for a solution was excellent and appropriate. In 5 minutes he cleared up my understanding of window-unit A/C's in general, and I hope to use him as a resource in the future before making any further purchases.
