Home Inspection
At the time I thought he was okay, but a year after I purchased, I discovered that this inspector had missed that this home had been remodeled and a load bearing wall had been removed. At the time he inspected, the floor was already sinking. I have now had to pay $20,000.00 to have a beam put in and the load resettled. When I called to speak with Louis about this he refused to discuss it or bear any responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Great job with lots of recommendations. Provided some great detail. Offered to come back and help with info during remodeling. Only small con was he could have differentiated more b/w the items needed vs. wants to be fixed
