I used Summit Contracting for interior painting and flooring and couldn't be happier. I wish I used them for my entire renovation as I was having a terrible experience renovating my coop up until Carmine stepped in. Carmine is a genuine and honest guy who truly cares about his clients. Even though it wasn't a huge project he went above and beyond and made even a small project seem extremely important. He did a lot of work outside of his scope due to my GC on the project slacking and never charged me a dime extra to do so. His team was quick, neat and work was top notch for a VERY reasonable price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely be using Summit Contracting for all of my projects moving forward and will recommend to family and friends as well.

Carmine couldn't be a nice man. He guided me through the wholemprocess with no pressure. A genuine great guy. Workman ship was top notch. His taste and selections were perfect. Carmine and his guys helped transform my dark, dreary coop into an amazing 2 bedroom home. We hired him to paint and redo the floors in the entire apartment and he and his crew did an amazing job. He was very professional and maintained open communication the entire time. I respected his knowledge on the work that needed to be done and most importantly, his honesty through the entire process. My fiancee and I both appreciated the fact that he was not pushy in regards to additional work that could have been done. He respected our vision and also provided his input when we asked. His price was very fair for the amount of work that was done and they finished in a very reasonable amount of time while still being efficient. Carmine also helped make sure that the place was clean once all the work was done, which we also highly appreciated. There was even an instance where he went out of his way and sacrificed his own time to make sure the project got completed in time. I would highly recommend Carmine for painting and interior work. We were very pleased with the cost (compared to other offers) and the work. Carmine and his team did a great job painting the entire one-bedroom apartment, refinishing the floors throughout, and putting down new tiles in the entry. They also replaced the light fixtures with ceiling fan/light fixtures and replaced the shower head. GREAT work. Highly recommend.

I originally found Carmine to patch and repaint my house, but ended up also hiring him to refinish my floors, replace a handrail, fix some doors, and fix a creaking pipe. I'm sure I will call him for future projects too. Can't say enough nice things about Carmine and his crew.
