 + -1 moreWe spend in the $2,000 range for two bedrooms and two bath apartment. They have large rooms. It is a well-kept and maintained property. It has a beautiful well-lit, inviting laundry room. Norman Miguel, the super, is very responsive. I think the price is fair for what you get. If you go to the Apple, those are big buildings, you get probably more space for your money; it is lovely and yet more space for you money. It is wonderful, really nice. All I have to do is call and Norman is up here. Sometimes, he is knocking on my door even before I could even tell him I need something. He would ask if I am ready to take out the AC before I could even hunt down and ask to have the AC taken out. The landscaping is done. The floors are clean. It is a nice clean building, and the people in the building are nice. I had a baby, and they had a pillow sent to me for my child.
Description of Work: We live at Kensington Building run by the Sinnott Management Company.
