They lied and change the story from one day to the next day. The sales person are like used cars sales people told me I have 5 days to cancel, I canceled after 2 days. Spoke to Cherry she confirmed the cancellation. She called me several days later said she had a missed call from me, just wanted to confirm the cancellation, she did but her boss in the background said that I owe them 500 for the cancellation. I finance with them and they charged me 500

Installed AC split level wall units. The service was great and the financing option was wonderful. Their prices were the same as other companies. However, SEARS gave us a $3,000 credit to use at any SEARS store to purchase anything we wanted or needed. Excellent deal.

Really expensive, but u get what you pay for, but Mo and Laine were fantastic. True professionals, I would hire them again, but only Mo and Laine. I hope I'm spelling Laine name right, he is experienced.
