Roofing
I had been very happy with their work previously, so when some flashing pulled away from the roof on a third floor dormer, I called them. They said they would come over and look at the problem and give me an estimate. Two weeks later, not having heard a word from them, I called again and left a message asking them to either call with an estimate or tell me that they couldn't do the job so I could move on to get another roofer. Again nothing. This is no way to treat a previously satisfied customer.

Gutter Cleaning
These guys were great! Terrific pre and post contact from their office ("they're coming on Friday"; "they're all done, check it when it rains and let us know if there's any problem"; etc.) They came when they said they would, did the work, cleaned up, and everything is A-OK.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE AND WERE NEVER MISSING A DATE THAT THEY SAID THAT WERE GOING TO BE THERE. WE ARE USUALLY NOT HOME WHEN THE SERVICE IS PERFORMED.
