Excellent job. Suggested which trees to eliminate, which to save, and which to prune. Big job- removed 11 trees and ground out stumps. Sent bucket trucks and large crew. Work was done in one day. Grounds were left very clean

This is my fourth project with Ramiro’s Tree Service. They always do a great job in cutting my downed trees and removing tree stumps. We had over 20 tree branches cut back from the house as well this time, with some branches extending over 30 feet long and 3 stories high. They were able to trim all of the branches down and the yard now looks spectacular with open space. I highly recommend Ramiro’s Tree Service team of Ramiro, Arturo, and Lily. They all provide excellent service across the board and I would absolutely use them again.

Went well. Friendly office staff. Took a couple of weeks to schedule service because they were busy and not an emergency. Arrived on time, did a good job, cleaned up well afterwards, no hidden fees. Trimmed a cherry tree, four decorative pear trees, two birch trees, and one other tall tree. Seemed knowlegeable and honest. Were not pushy.

Crew showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. They appeared to work safely, and no injuries or damages to personal property occurred. Did not stop until work was completed. Raked yard clear of resulting debris. I'm very satisfied with the results. Only suggestion I would have, would be for company to use official forms for contracts, estimates, and receipts, instead of writing this on the back of a business card. This would be for company’s and clients mutual protection. Other than that, I’m very satisfied, and would hire them again.

Ramiro's was excellent in every respect. These guys are tree service experts and it's obvious in the price and the speed in which they did the job. i got quotes from two others and they were definitely higher and estimated much more man hours for the job. This job required a cherry picker and my landscaper whom I also got a quote from said he had to charge extra for a guy he needed to bring in... Ramiro has his own cherry picker and a chipper so it's all par for the course. The crew showed up pretty much on time and went to work right away. I really felt it was gonna take more than the day quoted but sure enough, they finished before 5. So many trees to cut and prune so I had to be out there all day, to make certain they were pruned as i wanted and proper trees removed. Had to ask Ramiro to come back with a few things i wanted tidied up and he was responsive and took care of things pronto. He is a very reasonable guy and was a pleasure to work with. Lily, the person who answers phone at the office(his wife i guess?) was always extremely courteous and pleasant. If it's tree service you need, call Ramiro. You'll be happy you did.

Ramiro came and quoted a price for the work and a scheduled date two weeks out from there. Because it was a smaller job and knowing summers can put them in high demand I agreed. The work was performed three weeks out instead of two, but office receptionist Lilly was very helpful in scheduling out the job and kept me informed. Work was fast, clean and the crew of four men were curtious and asked if I was happy with the shape of the cut trees. When I said I would like more branches trimmed, they complied and were done only when I was satisfied with the work. I would use them again ....... Just be aware that a smaller job will take a longer period of time to schedule, but I was good with that .

Highly recommended! Called the office to have Ramiro come by on Saturday to take a look and gave us a very fair price on the spot. His crew had an opening two days later and cleared everything that day. The house looks so much better now.

Office staff, job estimator and work crews are all Excellent and a pleasure to work with. The work was done with great skill and care, including extra care to not damage or even mark the yard with the heavy cherry picker truck they used. There were a few gaps in responsiveness by the office, which is the only reason I don't give them A on that, since they are wonderfully polite, cheerful and helpful. I got estimates from other local firms that were significantly higher for the same work.

The service was professional and prompt. This despite a long list of clients due to recent storms. Arturo did my estimate and was on site to make sure the crew followed instructions. My lawn was left in great shape as well. Could hardly tell I had a crane in my backyard

It is the second time I used them. Took a while for them to get back to me initially. Once they did things went well and they did a very nice job.

it went well. We have used this service several times and call them back. Have compared work with others and they are very professional and deliver as discussed.

They were there the following morning and completed the removal of both trees, including the grinding down of the tree stumps, they removed all of the tree limbs and stumps and cleaned up afterwards, they even removed an additional stump from an old tree which had been there from when we moved in. We also now have fire wood which is neatly stacked in our yard. We are extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend Ramiro's Tree service.
