The job was no easy task for the above reasons but they handled it very well, producing very high quality finishing of the walls and painting, staying ahead of schedule. I know I should probably do pros and cons but can't really think of any cons. These guys were the best painters I hired so far (dealt with 6 different companies before).
Definitely recommend and will use again.
