Mr. Villanueva can be difficult to reach and is a bit scattered, but it is clear that he cares about the quality of the work he does. His crewmen were courteous, neat, quiet, and responsive. Mr. Villanueva pointed out some potential problem areas along the way, which I appreciated, although we did have a slight problem when I purchased some tiles with beveled edges. He assumed I knew this would mean that the grout lines would not be at right angles, but I was not aware of this and we continued anyway. I appreciated that he and his crew worked on a Saturday to make up time for a delay caused by a ceiling which was discovered not to be straight.
