Morenco Lawn Sprinklers

We were really impressed with their professionalism, hard work, and patience with all of my many questions. Joe Marenco explained everything and made excellent recommendations. The workmen who installed the system were courteous, careful, and neat. Joe even came back once they completed the job to make sure I understood how to use the online app for controlling the sprinklers. We were really impressed with the company overall and the job in particular.

They were prompt, came out quickly and finished the job. I was very happy with their service and the price.

I would never use them again. They lied about the broken sprinkler heads.

We just moved to the area and the previous owner had already paid for the spring turn on. We've never had to turn sprinklers on and off, but we went ahead and called them to come out. The guy came and said we had three broken heads and that it would be $90(!!!) EACH to replace. We were going out of town and the guy said he wouldn't leave the water source on for my husband to just fix himself. So we agreed to pay. I was hoping it was more involved to justify the cost, but it wasn't. He was done replacing them in 15 min and left. Needless to say, we won't be using them again. $289 to replace the 3 sprinkler heads in 15 min. Parts only amount to around $30. And this charge didn't include the turn on fee that had already been paid. I wouldn't recommend them.

They were here June of 2016.  It cost $185. 

We have used this sprinkler company Marenco Lawn Sprinkler since we live in our current house, we always received good service at reasonable prices, and they would come within a few days.

This spring they didn't respond to our calls and we thought they had gone out of business, but after 2 weeks they responded and we are using them again to our satisfaction. They have made the necessary repairs to our system, and even expanded it this spring to reach more of our back yard, through difficult rocky terrain.

Still happy to be their customer, and I'm happy to recommend them.

By the way: their name is Marenco, not Morenco.

Morenco did an excellent job. Scheduling was very easy, the technician arrived promptly and was very courteous.
Their prices were as reasonable as sprinkler repair prices ever are and they performed the job efficiently.
Highly recommended.

Service was OK . One head did not work and we had to have it redone. My husband fixed it.

Easy to schedule, prompt, did what I asked, seemed knowledgeable about grass vs garden irrigation.

We've had them for years and they know our systems well. They come and turn the lawn sprinklers on. They installed a new box last year. They send me a bill occasionally. They've been reliable and honest. Whenever they said there was a problem, there was a problem. They've been helpful a lot of times with nursing along the old system and that's the reason we had to replace it. They were professional. We dealt with the owner and he gave us a price break because we've been a long time customer. I get a bill once year. We haven't had a problem with them. We've always thought that they are reasonable compared to other people. Even my neighbors use Marenco. They are good people. We have had various guys be here. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

They did the start-up of the sprinkler system and replaced two sprinkler heads. Unfortunately the system was still not working after they left. Called the company and a very competent lady made another appointment. They came for the second time and the system was working (loose cable). Once I started the system I noticed that the sprinkler heads were not aligned. One was targeting the deck, another the windows. Called them up again and another appointment was made to tune the sprinkler heads. A service I would assume is part of the start-up. The best part of the experience was the lady on the phone. Polite and competent. Other than that I would not recommend to work with this company. PS: Annoyed as they were to come for the third time, they ask if I would know what it would mean that my rain sensor was in the garage ... (note: we just installed new siding and the sensor was not activated). Just to give you an idea of the treatment you would receive.

VERY HAPPY IN THAT JOE OFFERED A GOOD PRICE AND GREAT WORK. THEY BACKED IT UP BY COMING RIGHT AWAY WHEN A 'RAIN SENSOR' FAILED. THEY NOW COME TWICE A YEAR TO WINTERIZE AND START THE SYSTEM.
