Great job very responsive.Replaced a door in an emergency due to the EMS needing access to an elderly woman who fell. Very happy with the work, secured the apartment eliminating a safety concern.

Exterior Trim Repair
This contractor stopped by and gave me a price - He told me it would be done within the two week timeline WE AGREED ON. Beautiful weather and he never stopped by to fix the problem - I called him and he assured me he would get it done the next week. He never showed up, and is not answering at least three phone calls asking him to let me know if he is going to do the job - MAKING a phone call to keep a customer informed takes two minutes - my time is JUST AS IMPORTANT AS HIS.

Honest and reliable. He quoted the job too low - we ended up paying quite a bit more than estimate, but it was still a very fair price. We also intervened more than we wanted to in order to get the quality of work we were looking for, but they were willing to be flexible about it and we were happy with the results.
