Mike Fence

Had to call multiple times before anyone responded to my request for an estimate. Set up a time for 9am on a Friday, stressed to the person on the phone that I needed the estimator to be on time, since I had to leave for work promptly at 9:30am to catch a train. On Friday at 8:54am, received a call that Miguel the owner would be late, couldn't get there until 9:30am. Told her (again) that wouldn't work. Set up another time for 9am the following Monday. He never showed up. It isn't clear if the problem is in poor administrative support in the office or lack of organization on the part of the owner Miguel. Won't be using them if they are this disorganized.

Mike's price quote was inline with other companies and he was very communicative throughout the negotiation and scheduling process. His crew was punctual and did a great job including clean up. I would use Mike Fence again.

Crew showed up on time. Removed old fence along with NUMEROUS ivy/vines attached to fence. Leveled (removed some rocks) area. Laid manual level and proceeded to install fence. Crew was courteous, cleaned up/took away old fence and debris.

I could not be more impressed after paying a lot of money of money for a previous supplier who did not perform well. Mike Fence was punctual, super responsive over email and the end product seems high quality and was installed on time. We had three projects which were all installed on time. Our custom built iron driveway gate could not be more impressive and solidly built and installed with a custom paint to match our house. Great experience.

Several days after calling Mike Fence, someone called to make an appointment to look at the fence. Miguel was to come two days later at 11 AM. A no-show. I called that afternoon to see if there was a problem. I haven't heard from them in over 3-4weeks.

Mike and his crew did a beautiful job on our fence. We needed the front fence replaced with a few custom areas around a retaining wall, as well as the back yard. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. The guys worked hard and we kind and cleaned the yard beautifully. I would highly recommend!

Took a few calls to get a real person on the line, set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Cleared my schedule, no one showed, no call, no followup. Wasted half a day. Very disappointed since the reviews here are very positive.

Mike was amazing. Him and his crew were always on time and very professional and nice. The fence looks fantastic. I changed my mind last minute on part of the fence and Mike complied with my wish at no extra cost. They removed the old fence and cleaned up everything after the job was finished. I will definitely recommend Mike Fence to anyone looking for expert work.

I called Mike to close off an opening in my back yard with black chain link fence. Mike was very responsive and his guys did an excellent job. Very happy with the results. I would definitely use Mike again and highly recommend!

The only problem we had was that we asked them to arrive at a specific time when we would be home. They showed up early and started the work without refreshing our instructions, and as a result, they piled the TON of stones in the wrong place. But the price was right, it was hard work, and they did a very good job.

Wow these guys were fast! Even all the neighbors came over and complemented on how nice of a job they did and how fast they worked. We are extremely happy with everything from the prompt quote to the extra mile they went to cleaning up after the job. Would and have recommend Mike's Fence to anyone I know.

Mike Fence was quick, reasonably priced with excellent workmanship. They met their estimate and finished to he work as scheduled.

Mike promptly scheduled the estimate, provided good suggestions and input and then did everything he said he was going to do. He accommodated several scheduling changes made at my request and was professional throughout the process. Mike's team did an excellent job adjusting for the uneven grade in my yard and cleaned up when the job was done. Outstanding service throughout and would use again for any future fencing needs. Bottom line was outstanding service at a competitive price.

Contacted Mike Fence,they responded the next day.WE set up an appointment,he came right on time.Mike was very courteous,polite and professional.Said they could do the job that day and they did.Very good experience overall.

Provider came to look at project for customer and never came back with an estimate or call back. No follow through but a very nice gentleman and very curtious the times they did have contact

I called and left a message he did not return the call. I called the next day and spoke to someone who said he would call back. Made an appointment for him to come and look at what needed to be done.
I asked for an estimate for lattice work behind my house as well as an estimate for replacing the entire fence. He did not send the estimate for several days. When I received it, he included both  a quote for the lattice work as well as a new fence.
The price for the lattice was approximately $975, the quote for the fence was over $4,200!!!
I thought the fence price was way too expensive and no longer needed the lattice. He never followed up to discuss the estimate, nor inquire about my decision.
I think this is very unprofessional. I feel as though I deserve a follow up. Obviously he does not need any more business.

Miguel made and installed three pairs of railings for my exterior steps. I gave Miguel a picture of the railings and the specific style of baluster I wanted for the front and side steps and he provided an exact match.  He is extremely easy to work with, he is very accommodating, and most importantly, his work is impeccable.  I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
