Awesome!!! Mike came to the house explained to him what I wanted done and he offered suggestions that would make the kitchen look better as well as being more cost efficient. Very easy to get along with, professional and accommodating. Definitely recommend. BEST plumber in town.

I called Mr Coleman for an estimate on a new heating system, My initial call was for an oil system based on the current guide lines that Con Ed is not allowing any new natural gas installations. Mike offered to price it both ways as he felt the current situation with con ed would change and why install a new oil burner when you might be able to have gas. I should also add we are trying to eliminate an in ground oil tank as part of this whole process. Mike's advice was to wait it out to the send of the Summer and then decide. I have to say I was incredibly impressed with Mr Coleman's honesty and integrity. He could have sold me a new oil system on the spot but he suggested I wait to see what my options might be. While I have not yet hired this firm, he will be top of the list when the work gets done.

It was so much better than I anticipated. We had no heat and the process to convert to gas is dependent on Con Edison. Michael was so great he explained the process was here when he said he would be and was so caring. We were without heat and it was very stressful. Michael was reassuring returned our phone calls and was very professional and supportive Would always use him again

We hired Michael Coleman plumbing to install a new water heater in our house. Not only did they have the lowest price, but they got the job done quickly. In addition to the water heater, the plumbers also attempted to install some vintage plumbing fixtures that we had. When they realized that the job couldn't be completed because of damage to the fixtures, the plumbers explained the issue with the fixtures and didn't charge us for the attempt.

Last year, we used MC twice to fix leaky radiators and they were responsive and fixed the issues right away. This year has been a different story. In early October, I asked them to come and bleed our radiators and generally check that they were in good shape going into cold weather season. We also had one radiator that was leaking a small amount of water. MC came to our house and supposedly checked everything and fixed the leaking radiator. When it came time to turn on the heat, I have 4 rooms with no heat (including the radiator he was supposed to have repaired). I have made repeated calls over the past few weeks and have been assured that someone would get back to me and nothing. Now I have to start all over with a new company. I generally refrain from writing bad reviews but this has been so extremely frustrating that I felt the need to address it. If they don't have the man power to meet customer needs, they should just be honest with their customers.

Mike uses subcontractors who do not speak English. The subcontractors did not care about our property and treated our home poorly. They did not put protective sheets down before putting old plumbing fixtures on the hardwood floors. They did not wear protective wear over their shoes and tracked mud, dirt and plumbing gunk all over our home. They did not clean up the area after they completed the job. They did not take any of the old fixtures with them, which cost us extra to have hauled away. Worst - when the work was finally done, the subcontractor walked me through my home and explained to me - IN SPANISH ONLY - the work they performed. I told the subcontractor I do not speak Spanish, but he continued walking me through the site and speaking louder and slower as if I might understand. I never found out the extent of the work performed. Mike never followed up or inspected the home post work completion. The price for the work was so high, it should have included the fixtures and removal of the old fixtures. The asked way too much money for the work we wanted to be performed. I have not contacted Mike since and do not recommend him to anyone. I was willing to pay a higher price for better work, but they fell way below a modest standard of professionalism. I was highly disappointed and to this day feel regret and like we were scammed. Mike Coleman Plumbing also sends out emails aggressively asking customers to review their work on Angie's List. I believe other people may have refrained from sharing honest reviews on Angie's List because of this monotoring.

"All my workers not sub contractors are employees & speak English. So sorry you felt this way after the the work was completed on the first job and that you hired us AGAIN to have second phase of your job because as you said to my office what a great job we did. You had to wait for two weeks for me to get back to your house and you had no problem waiting. You had hired someone else before us to install a gas boiler and upgrade your gas service and you were unhappy with his service and contacted us, you started to complain to me about his work and you did not like him that IS WHY YOU WENT OUT AND GOT SOME ONE ELSE you have never express any of this to me. Your house was under construction and did not warrent protective covering or or foot coverings. We did not track mud, dirt, or "plumbing gunk" through your home. We followed your lead when your husband demo the bathroom he just let everything fall were it landed and we had only left debris as per your instructions, what you wanted us to leave. You will never going to be happy with anyone. Good luck to in the future."

I called them at 1pm, on a day after a crazy rain storm because the sink that my sump pump and washing machine drain into was leaking all over the floor. I sent them a picture of what parts were leaking and by 2:30pm, I had fixed drain pipes and a dry floor. The professionalism and customer service were impressive. Luis was friendly and explained to me what happened and how he fixed it. I will definitely call them the next time I have any plumbing needs. Thank you!

Within 10 minutes of my call, MC had two guys at my house and they had it all fixed up in about 30 minutes. They were friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. I've found that many "emergency response" type of situations often get an immediate upcharge and this was not the case. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. Mr. Coleman's plumber's got to the jobsite in one day and the repairs were made the following day. The work went smoothly and they managed to interact with all the different tenants on the property - not an easy task! I was very pleased and will certainly to use Coleman for my plumbing and heating needs.

I contacted Coleman Plumbing and Michael met me later that day. He quoted me a price and we arranged for a time at 8:00 am the next Monday (offered Saturday, however, we had other plans and it was not an active "supply" side pipe. Louis, the primary technician was great. He also discovered another leak causing dampness on my ceiling and traced it to my kitchen sprayer where we found the hose was punctured. They were very professional and left the area clean.

I set an appointment on Monday for my Coleman to come on Thursday morning letting him know I had the home inspection at 8 o'clock the next day he tried to cancel the appointment on Thursday morning right at the time of the appointment saying he had emergency . He then said somebody would come by which they did two hours later and said my sink need to be replaced but I had to go out and get it while I was at Home Depot I purchased the saying send Michael Coleman informed that he could not come back and install it and left me hanging with home inspection the next day I had to call another plumber to do the job customer service is at the bottom of his list I would never recommend

"Mr [Member Name Removed] that is not what happen you waited to the last minute to correct your inspection report. we had a gas emergency that morning and we called you to let you know we had to cancel first thing in the morning we would come out later. when we arrived we tried to repair the faucet and informed that you would need a new faucet you said you would purchase the new faucet at home depot when you called hours later I told you we would be there first thing in the morning that was not good enough for you I even told you the inspector would be happy to see us changing the faucet you replied I am calling some one else. Sorry you are not happy with our service, we went way above to accommodate you your rating of a F is out of line ."

Very well. Great customer service and reasonable price (mostly due to the angie's list discount), My phone call was returned quickly and I promptly set up an appointment for the estimate. The written estimate arrived within hours of the appointment. I booked Mike for the work and am happy that I did. The work was performed in a timely manner and the plumber was very cordial and knowledgeable. The follow-up calls to confirm both the date/time and job satisfaction was greatly appreciated.
