I just bought the home and they were the landscaper from the previous owner. They came over and told me that they were doing the property for years and they would like to continue that with me. For ease of doing business, I just accepted him as my landscaper. It is just the overall value. For the price I pay, I do not think I am getting the value. I am getting basic maintenance for more of a high-end price. I think I should get more feedback and consultative type information from them in terms of caring for the property and making it look nice.

The additional work is expensive and he's hard to reach. He have also had a few issues with some of his workers and no resolution to the problem.
