We do residential appraisals of single family homes, coops, condos, 2-4 unit investment properties, and land. Over the course of 15 years, Madison & Park Appraisal have performed over 7500 appraisals for our satisfied clients. Madison & Park Appraisal is FHA approved, servicing Westchester County, New York County and the Bronx.
