Even though they spoke Spanish, the workers coordinated with their boss who in turn FaceTimed and translated questions in English. They were consistently late. They overinflated their capabilities. They tried to intimidate me to pay more for a job that they did not complete. They were fairly competent painters but they told me they were also general contractors, plumbers, and electricians. They were supposed to install a dishwasher, sink, and new shutoffs. The job was supposed to be $900 and I gave them $450 for the deposit. They changed the shutoffs but I had many problems with the plumbing work. I had to call a plumber to fix their work. They did not do the rest of the work. $450 to change a shutoff is exorbitant and they wanted more.

Great price, efficient work, great communication, went better than anticipated. Been burned by contractors in the past, but while this job was relatively minor, they were the real deal. Really great. Estimate one day, the started the worked two days later, finished the day right after that. Explained everything they were doing the entire time. Moved and then returned all furniture, nothing worse for wear. Showed photos of the work they did when I wasn't able to stay at the house while they worked. Other contractors, take note.

They were so fast and efficient! They came to provide an estimate and completed the job the following day. They took great care with our furniture and belongings, protecting them from the dust. They cleaned up perfectly afterwards and the end result was beautiful. We will use them again for any future projects. Highly recommend.

Big Brother's Painting came through when I needed a rental property painted in a rush. They finished the job (1,200 square feet apartment) in one day. They did a very nice job. I have a small issue with their workmanship. In some spots, there was minor water damage on the walls underneath some windows. They painted over it without repairing the damage. I discovered this as I was installing Wiremold Wire Channels on the wall. They won't adhere to the wall in these spots because of the wall damage. A good painter should scrape off these sections of the wall, fill with joint compound, and then prime and paint. Also, their asking price was much higher than the norm in the area. The final negotiated price was more in line with the market prices.
