I used Joe from IQS Home Improvements to patch and paint a 800 square foot office in one of the properties I manage in Larchmont.The office had three skylights and 5 private offices within. Joe did an amazing job. He patched and plastered all holes, and the paint job was amazing. It looked like one of those shows on Trading spaces or TV.No mess-ups and he was so pleasant to work with. I received other quotes for this job and they were costing me about $500.00 more. Joe did the work on the weekend and just like that I had a new office to rent out.I work with Joe from IQS on many jobs, he has done bathrooms and basements for me as well. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
