They should be banned and have their licensed revoked. The guy's a thief and was the worst of the worst. I sued him and won. I have a lien against his house and I contacted the Westchester County Consumer Affairs and there's an open judgement against him and they're not going to re-new his license. He also didn't have the appropriate contract with me. His contract was not valid due to legal things that weren't in it. They fined him $1,000. I wouldn't have my worst enemy use this guy to do work in his house. I wouldn't let this guy plant a flower, that's how bad he is. He had a crew and worked on beautiful homes and someone had suggested using him. We went to 4 houses that he did before and the people loved him. He and one or two guys came in and gut my kitchen. When they put the walls up, they're not done right; they're bowed. The floor isn't level, and the floor moves in 15 different places. I have to rip up the old floor, buy a new floor, and have a new contractor come in to put in the floor. His license has not been renewed due to past and present complaints. He was just horrible.
Description of Work: He was trying to renovate my kitchen and destroyed my kitchen.
