I am putting my unit on the market after painting and sanding and refinishing the floors. As I was not on site I had to trust Maria to work on her own. My trust was rewarded. Maria did an excellent job getting my house in top shape for prospective buyers including the windows inside and out, the refrigerator and stove and oven. I would recommend her for any one time project or recurring service.
