Over the many years we've worked with Joshua and HemCo they've done extensive work on our brownstone, including following damage we've had from flooding, repairing the work from the damage. Joshua was fantastic. We had mold issues and were preparing to renovate a bathroom, but wanted to assess the extent of our mold problem prior to the major bathroom demo day. I made an appointment with Joshua to have him assess my mold problem and based on his report could, confidently, move forward with a plan.
