My renovation was saved by this man and his workers. I hired a bad designer/architect who muffed the project...when I could not get an affordable bid I was referred to this contractor by an elderly Irish painter who said "in a field of thieves and dishonest shoddy workmen, this guy is honest and a great craftsman". Truer words were never spoken. His price was fair...he did not charge overages...he helped me keep the price of the renovation down my working with me and helping me do the leg work so that we could afford the home we wanted.Most people say after a renovation, they never want to see their contractor again. Helder has become a close friend.If you want a high quality renovation, done with care, and you are willing to take the time to participate...hire this man.He is a gem
