Mr. Steven Gutman of Gramatan Management, 2 Hamilton Avenue, Ste 217 New Rochelle, NY 10801, is the controller of our Fairway Green condominium, Mamaroneck, NY, 10543. Unfortunately, he has very rude and unethical way to manage our property. When we have requested attention from Gramatan Management on some issues, Mr. Gutman sent to us extremely unethical and abusing email, where he claimed that as a CONTROLLER (wow!), he does not want to waste his time reading our emails. At the same time, some of his salary comes from us! Typical ego or small man complex, besides lack of good manners and professional behavior. No surprise that while employing people like Mr. Gutman, Gramatan management does not have very good ratings on Yelp, Angie's list, BirdEye and Yellow Pages. I am sure Mr. Gutman did not have any training on ethical and professional business' conduct and he spoils the company reputation.
