Avoid. He can't keep his commitments in terms of scheduling. He said he will come on a certain day, and then call you late in the day to say he can't make it. Keep an eye on how long he takes to work too. He will quote you a hourly rate but procrastinate so you end up paying higher $$$.

Eddie got back to me quickly and scheduled service for the very next day.  He was on time, professional, friendly and put me at complete ease about the leaking valve.  He explained the problem and the likely cause, and let me know how to avoid the problem in the future. Even though the location in the basement, where he needed to make part of the repair, was in a tight spot, Eddie took care of the problem with no complaints and no delays.  It ended up costing less than the estimate.  Edward Burke Plumbing is now my go-to plumber.

Eddie is the only plumber we call when any plumbing issue comes up.  He's the only one we've ever needed to call.  He's reliable, prompt, trustworthy, and honest about our plumbing needs.  He's saved us money so many times.  And his work has passed ConEd gas inspections and any village inspections every time.

Everything  went great!!! I would highly recommend him. He was always very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and great value.

The pipe under our sink had a small leak for a few weeks and then one day it completely fell apart. We couldn't use the kitchen sink or the dishwasher at all without completely overflowing the bucket we had grown used to emptying daily.  We called Eddie at 9:30am. He said he would be by before noon and he was here at 11am.  The pipes were not only deteriorating but also corroded and the connections wouldn't come undone.  It took a while, since it was a special advanced case of deterioration apparently, but he put a new pipe in and was very clean while doing it. I expected a bigger mess since he had to cut pipes etc., but there was none.  He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely call him again in the future.
