Called on Wednesday after I realized I had not properly changed a few electrical outlets at home. Arranged an appointment for Friday morning (the team wasn't avaoilable on Saturday morning because of training activities). The technician found and corrected the issue quickly, and double-checked all the outlets I had worked on at my request to make sure everything was done properly. He also explained me what I did wrong so that I would be able to do it correctly in the future.
