DIAMOND GLASS CORP

Diamond glass does excellent work, especially the owner.  He is pleasant and professional, and a dedicated worker.  This was a bunch of small jobs including an unusual one--repairing jalousie windows--and he approached them all earnestly, intelligently, and industriously.  He also went out of his way to help the customer.  I would have no hesitation using him again.

While the work completed was done quickly and efficiently, scheduling appointments with this company is terrible. They don't show up for scheduled appointments and then you have to wait weeks for a new appointment. I will be using a more reliable company from now on.

Diamond Glass' work is fine but their organzation is a total mess. It took over four months to provide glass for two outdoor lanterns over six months to do a simple storm/screen and even then when they came by they had done the wrong one. Everything seems to be at their convenience rather than the customer's and communication was impossible. If I didn't call and nag NOTHING would have happened. Why would I want to use them ever again?

They were backed up due to many broken windows from the cold weather, so it took a while to make an appointment. The appointment time ran late, but they were willing to call me when the glazier was going to be finishing the previous job.

Excellent! The owner was very professional. He knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend his company without hesitation!! I have dealt with alot of contractors and he is the best! His workers were also very nice. Excellent company to deal with ; even the woman in the office answering the phone. One can not go wrong using this company!

It went well.

I used Angie's List to select Diamond Glass to use for window repairs on
nearby commercial and apartment buildings. While the execution is good
and the crew works cleanly, scheduling is a problem. We have been
waiting months at a time for thousands of dollars worth of business. I will use them again as I have already signed off on work, and the work completed thus far has been good, but I will find out why
appointments were missed and why the company has been put at the back of
line.

Short, sweet and efficient.

During the Dec 2010 blizzard, one the windows in my 1928 Tudor home shattered. I called Diamond a few days after the storm and they were able to schedule an appointment a few days later. came within the time frame specified. Julio from Diamond replaced the window glass and meticulously ensured that the window would be able to be raised and lowered as it was before the break. He also cleared the room of broken glass and debris. Overall it was a good experience. I would call Diamond again.
